Access to Haus Scheppen closed to cars all day on August 19, 2023
For the Lake and Lights Festival on August 19, 2023 on Baldeneysee according to the organizer "Weisse Flotte Baldeney-GmbH", access to Haus Scheppen will be closed to cars for the whole day. Drivers will have the opportunity to park at other locations around the lake, for example in Kupferdreh or the regatta course at Hügel station. Lerchenstraße will also be open for parking on this day.
Important information on arrival and departure
Around 60,000 visitors are expected to attend the lake festival. Anyone making their way to the Lake and Festival of Lights on August 19 should therefore only use public transport or travel by bike. According to information from Weisse Flotte Baldeney-GmbH, access to Haus Scheppen will also be closed to cars for the whole day.
