Parking lot at Haus Scheppen
Haus Scheppen with a biker meeting point, two snack bars and the eponymous pier the White Fleet are located in Essen-Fischlaken on the south side of Baldeneysees. Above is a parking, which takes a side road off the main road Pörtingsiepen is accessible. The clubs located in this area include: Essen Cruising and Canoeing Club, Siemens Sailing Association, Essen Yacht Club, and Sailing Association. Baldeneysee, Sailing Club Scheppen and the DCC campsite Baldeneysee. The terminus of the historic railway trains is also within walking distance.
