Parking lot at Haus Scheppen

Haus Scheppen with a bikers' meeting point, two snack bars and the Weiße Flotte landing stage of the same name are located in Essen-Fischlaken on the south side of Lake Baldeney. There is a parking lot above, which can be reached via a side road off Pörtingsiepen. The clubs located in this area: Essener Fahrtensegler- und Kanuverein, Segelsportgemeinschaft Siemens, Essener Yachtclub, Segelgemeinschaft BaldeneyseeScheppen sailing club and the DCC Baldeneysee campsite. The terminus of the historic railroad trains is also within walking distance.
