On sunny days, the place is so busy that customers not only take seats inside but also fill the benches in the adjacent garage courtyard. The family business boasts a 40-year history. After learning his trade at Bertram in Kray, Friedhelm Plückthun set up his own business in Kupferdreh. A selection of around 30 flavors, out of a total of 115 creations, is available daily in the glass-fronted freezer to the left of the entrance.
