Rumtopf Regatta 2026 – Kielzugvögel on course on the Baldeneysee

On November 7th and 8th, 2026, ETUF Essen will once again set sail for the popular Rumtopf Regatta on the Baldeneysee. The elegant keelboats of the RR class will take to the starting line and deliver exciting races in the autumnal winds. For two days, sailors and spectators can look forward to sporting maneuvers, fair duels, and the special atmosphere of the late autumn Baldeneysee.

After the races, the clubhouse invites everyone to a cozy get-together – with hot punch, traditional rum pot, and plenty of conversation among sailing friends. The Rum Pot Regatta combines sporting ambition with a pleasant autumn atmosphere and marks for many a memorable transition into the winter break.

With wind, community and a dose of warmth, we're off to the Rumtopf Regatta 2026.
