CRO unplugged on Baldeneysee - To ensure that arrival and departure run as smoothly as possible Baldeneysee.Ruhr has summarized the most important information for everyone.
By car
Only a very limited number of parking spaces are available in the public parking lots at Seaside Beach and the regatta parking lot. Therefore, the parking garages P5 (Luxemburger Straße, 45131 Essen) and P6 (Lührmannstraße, 45131 Essen) at Messe Essen should be used. From there, shuttle buses will run between the concert grounds at the Baldeneysee and the trade fair parking garages.
By bus and train
The Seaside Beach Baldeney recommends traveling by public transport. The S-Bahn line S6 runs between Essen, Düsseldorf and Cologne. From the Hügel stop, it is only a few minutes' walk to the CRO unplugged venue, the Seaside Beach Baldeney. The concert ticket is valid as a ticket on the day of the event.
Have it brought
Anyone who would like to be picked up by car should be dropped off at Stadtwaldplatz, Lerchenstraße/corner of Freiherr-vom-Stein-Straße or in Essen Werden and walk to Seaside Beach Baldeney. The pick-up should take place at Werden S-Bahn station, as Lerchenstraße and Freiherr-vom-Stein-Straße between Stadtwaldplatz and the entrance/exit to the B224 will be fully closed between 8 p.m. and midnight. Shuttle buses will also run to the S6 S-Bahn station Essen Werden after the concert.
Shuttle buses from 16:00
Shuttle buses will run before and after the CRO unplugged concert between the trade fair parking garages P5 (Luxemburger Straße, 45131 Essen) and P6 (Lührmannstraße, 45131 Essen). In addition, shuttle buses will be used after the concert for departure to the S6 S-Bahn station Essen Werden.
Backpacks and bags
Due to the current security situation, Seaside Beach Baldeney asks you to leave your bags and rucksacks at home. There will be increased admission checks before you enter Seaside Beach Baldeney. The waiting time will be shorter without bags and rucksacks.
