At the K.I.Z. concert on 25.8.2023 - no parking spaces at the Baldeneysee*
On August 25, 2023, due to the K.I.Z. concert at Seaside Beach Baldeney, there will be increased visitor flows around the venue on Baldeneysee there will be an increased flow of visitors. As the organizer has now announced, there will be traffic restrictions on the north side of Lake Baldeney around Seaside Beach Baldeney. There will be no parking spaces available around the Seaside Beach. We therefore advise against traveling by car."
THERE ARE THREE WAYS TO GET HERE*
1.
Use local public transport. The concert ticket is valid as a VRR ticket for second-class travel to and from the K.I.Z. concert on 25.08.2023. Travel e.g. with the S-Bahn S6 to the Hügel stop (not barrier-free!). Frequency of the S-Bahn S6 should be increased for arrival and departure. From there it is a short walk to Seaside Beach Baldeney.

If you arrive by car at Messe Essen, park in parking lots P6 and P9 and leave your car there. Shuttle buses will run from P6 from 16:00 until shortly before Seaside Beach Baldeney and back after the end of the event.

On foot or by bike is always possible. If you are traveling by bike, make sure you have suitable bike locks and lights!
